HAVE YOU HEARD OF LADIES HAPPY HOUR?

Ladies happy hour was designed by Robyn in 2008. It is a wonderful community service that is liked by hundreds of local women. Every day Monday to Friday and between 8am to 9am, all ladies from our Region are invited to visit Peel Tyre Service and receive a 7-point tyre service check for just $5.00. All of this money is then donated to the Cancer Council of WA.

It is estimated that 1.25 billion animals have been killed across Australia to date, and it is not until the fires end that the full extent of the damage will be known.

Over the years, tens of thousands of dollars have been raised for cancer research and the Cancer Council of Western Australia have quoted: “Thank you so much for your support, Robyn and the Peel Tyre Service team! The Ladies Happy Hour program is such a fantastic community initiative and we couldn’t be more appreciative of your continued support.”

It has been asked, why is it only for ladies? In actual fact we do have a couple of grandfathers who also use this service, as they have arthritic hands, and find it hard to remove the engine oil cap, or to hold and operate an air gauge.

In 2020 we look forward to again hosting Australia’s biggest morning tea, so please keep any eye out for this very popular fundraiser.
