Work experience is extremely important when it comes to students trying to decide for their future careers. For Shelby, coming to Peel Tyre Service has shown her that although this particular business might sell tyres, there are so many other tasks involved from looking after customers vehicles, learning communication skills, building confidence, understanding daily routines, to interacting with other staff and general workshop duties like maintaining the museum.
